A little surprise during the surgery was her completely ruptured PIP silicone implants. Patient downsized her implants and had a lift. Check out the transformation of my beautiful patient. She presented with history of breast saline implants, complicated by infection and breast revision that resulted into bottoming out over the years (this is when the implants drop below the base of the breasts).
I exchanged the subpectoral implants for silicone implants and I performed an internal bra.

Revision of Breast Augmentation
Beautiful revision of breast augmentation on my sweet patient! She had left breast capsular contracture (a thick scar was formed around the implant) from infection after breast augmentation in another country. I performed a left capsulectomy (removal of the thick capsule) and bilateral breast implant replacement from sub glandular into a subpectoral plane 💝

Reconstruction of left breast after Severe Capsular Contracture. My patient had breast implants inserted 15 years ago. She then had breast cancer and she was
treated with lumpectomy (a small part of her left breast was removed) and radiation on her left breast. Look at the effect of radiation on breast implants.
My patient was not even able to wear any clothes. I was able to help her by doing an explantation of her implants and total capsulectomy.
A breast lift was also performed in order to give her this beautiful natural result ☺️
