This is a young man that drove 26 hours to have his ears fixed‼️Patient fell asleep while working on his ears in the office under local anesthesia! He had severe protrusion of his ears. The helix-to-mastoid distance (side of the ear to back of the head distance) was 30mm (Normal range distance is 16-18mm) and I was able to give him a beautiful 15mm distance.
